Shipping
Processing time
Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Delivery estimates
- UK: 2–5 working days after dispatch
- Europe: 4–9 working days after dispatch
- North America: 5–12 working days after dispatch
- Rest of world: 7–15 working days after dispatch
These are estimates and can vary due to local carriers, customs, or peak seasons.
Tracking
We’ll email a tracking link (where available) when your order ships. If you can’t find it, contact us with your order number.
Customs, duties & taxes
Shipping is free. Some countries may charge import duties or taxes on arrival; these are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
Address issues
If you need to change your address, please contact us before dispatch. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we’ll help arrange a re-send.
No returns (change of mind)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong item/size. Please check product details carefully before purchasing.
Refunds & replacements (when appropriate)
We’ll refund or replace your order if any of the following apply:
1) Damaged or defective
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost or a refund—whichever is more appropriate.
2) Wrong item received
Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll correct it quickly.
3) Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your order hasn’t arrived 30 days after dispatch (international timeframes may vary), we’ll replace or refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for us to process once agreed, and up to 10 working days for your bank/card provider to post the funds.
Custom/personalised items
If we offer custom or personalised physical items, they are non-refundable unless faulty or we made an error.
Cancellations & your rights (UK/EU)
- You may request a cancellation before dispatch—contact us as soon as possible.
- UK/EU customers may have a 14-day right to cancel many online purchases. Exceptions can include custom/personalised goods once made.
- Our policy does not affect your statutory rights.
