Returns Policy

Here at bibliaprints we take the utmost care in providing the best quality posters possible.

In the unlikely event that the poster arrives damaged or defective or not as described we will replace it as soon as possible.
Local replacements should arrive within a week. International replacements within two weeks.
Please take photos of the damaged shipping tube or defective poster.
Please be sure to include the order number, and a description of the reason why you are requesting a replacement.
Please email this to: info@bibliaprints.com within 14 days of receiving your poster.

If you don’t want a replacement, and just a refund, please email us your banking details to: info@bibliaprints.com and you will receive a full refund.

Shipping Policy

Your order will be processed the same day it is received. Once processed, it will be shipped in the next day or two. All International Orders will have tracking information. (We are based in the UK) Depending on the Postal Services, local orders should arrive within a week. International orders within two weeks.

Packaging

Posters will be shipped in a thick, solid cardboard tube. A4-sized prints will be shipped as Hard Board “Do Not Bend Envelopes”. All International Orders will have tracking information.
